Overview
The Dashboard is the default landing page when logging into the CMS platform. It provides a high-level summary of your entire digital signage ecosystem — quick monitoring of device health, content scheduling status, and storage usage in one centralized view.
Key Dashboard Features
Device Status Overview (Green, Red, Teal Boxes)
Online Devices (Green) — Devices currently connected and functioning normally. Click to open a filtered view of online devices.
Offline Devices (Red) — Devices unreachable or not reporting. Action required to investigate.
Unpaired Devices (Teal) — Devices not yet linked to a network. Typically appear after fresh installs or factory resets.
Device Table List
Searchable table showing all devices by name and status. Filter by network or keyword, identify device issues, and navigate with pagination.
Online Network Visualization (Blue Circle)
Visual graph showing how many devices are online per network group. Hover or click to see breakdowns. Useful for spotting active vs. inactive networks.
Storage Usage Panel (Top Right)
Bar showing current CMS storage used out of total limit (e.g., 4.22GB / 5GB). Monitor media capacity and plan uploads to avoid overages.
Notifications Panel (Red Badge Icon)
Pending Content — Awaiting approval or review
Placeholder Content — Fallback content needing replacement
Instant Events — Quick Play-triggered real-time messages

Release Notes — Recent CMS or player improvements
Player Build Version — Version installed on your screens
CMS Platform Version — Current backend version
