This guide walks through Step 4 of the 6-step Add Inventory flowPricing & Terms — covering Base Pricing, Booking Constraints, and Day Part Groups.

Section

What you configure

Base Pricing

Currency, Base CPS, Base CPM

Booking Constraints

Min Hours, Min Days, Lead Days, Min Spots/Day

Day Part Groups (optional)

Time-based booking windows, enabled via the Require Consecutive Hours toggle

Part 1: Setting Base Pricing

  • From the Inventory list, open an inventory record and step through Classification → Location → Operations to reach Step 4: Pricing & Terms.

  • Select the billing Currency from the dropdown. Options include USD, EUR, GBP, MYR, SGD, JPY, AUD, and INR — MYR is selected by default in this example.

  • Enter the Base CPS (Cost per Spot) — this field is required.

  • Enter the Base CPM (Cost per Mille) — also required. After typing a Base CPS value, the field below shows a suggested Base CPM (a calculated multiple of the CPS); you can accept it or type your own value instead.

  • A tip banner reminds you that complete pricing data increases CPM potential — inventories with full pricing data earn 4–8x more revenue because buyers can better evaluate what they're purchasing. A matching Pricing Tips callout appears in the right-hand panel throughout this step.

Part 2: Configuring Booking Constraints

  • Scroll down to the Selling Terms section, which configures booking constraints and day part schedules.

  • Under Booking Constraints, fill in:

    • Min Hours — minimum booking duration, in hours

    • Min Days — minimum number of days for a booking

    • Lead Days — minimum advance notice required before a booking can start

    • Min Spots/Day — minimum number of spots required per day

Part 3: Day Part Groups (Optional)

  • Toggle on Require Consecutive Hours to enforce a minimum consecutive booking duration. This reveals two additional fields: Min Consecutive Hours/Day and Min Consecutive Days.

  • Turning the toggle on also opens the Day Part Groups section (up to 5 groups). With none added yet, click + Add First Group (or + Add Group once at least one exists).

  • Each group opens with a Group Label (required — e.g. "Morning Block"), plus Start Time and End Time pickers.

  • Use the trash icon on a group's header to remove it. Turning the toggle back off hides the consecutive-hours fields and the Day Part Groups section, without deleting your Booking Constraints values.
