How To Add/Remove Content in the Default Playlist

How to add or remove content from the Default Playlist in CMS — the fallback content that plays when no main playlist content is scheduled.

  1. Login to CMS Platform

  2. Go to the setup>Default Playlist.

  1. To add new content, go to create

  1. Select the video/image you want to schedule

  1. After select the video/image, click “create schedule”

  1. Then please put the content details like duration, start/end date, daypart or spot and click “Save”.

  1. After Saving please “Approve” the content by clicking “yes”.

Notes

Default Playlist/Content will play when there are no content scheduled in the Main playlist. This default content also automatically fills any remaining airtime when the scheduled contents do not fully occupy the available playback duration.
