To ensure smooth system performance and avoid disruptions, it's recommended to regularly manage and delete unused or outdated content.
Steps to Delete Content from CMS Storage
Navigate to the Main Storage:
From the dashboard, click on "Main Storage" in the left-hand navigation menu.Select Content to Delete:
You can choose a single content file or select multiple content files by using the checkboxes next to each item.
Click Delete:
Once you've selected the content to be removed, click the "Delete" button at the top or bottom of the page.
A confirmation prompt may appear.
Confirm the deletion.
NOTE: Deleted content cannot be recovered. Ensure the content is not linked to any active campaign before deleting or it will fail for deleting.
