Customizing Branding with White Labeling: Logos, Colors, and Domains

The White Label tab in the Admin Console — enabling white labeling and configuring logos, brand colors, and product custom domains.

White Label

The White Label tab allows administrators to customize the organization's branding across the platform. You can enable white labeling and configure logos used throughout the application and customer-facing documents.

Enable White Labeling

Use the Enable Whitelabeling toggle to activate or deactivate custom branding for the organization.

  • Enabled – The organization's custom branding, colors, domains, and email settings are applied throughout the platform.

  • Disabled – The platform uses the default branding and appearance.

Logo Assets

Upload or specify the appropriate logo for each branding element by entering the logo URL.

Application Logo

The Application Logo is displayed in the application header and navigation.

Proposal Logo

The Proposal Logo is used on proposals and other client-facing documents.

Favicon

The Favicon is the small icon displayed in the browser tab when users access the application.

Invoice Logo

The Invoice Logo is displayed on invoices generated by the platform

Brand Colors

Configure the organization's primary and secondary brand colors using hexadecimal (HEX) color codes.

  • Primary Color – Defines the main color used for primary buttons, links, and key interface elements.

  • Secondary Color – Defines the color used for secondary elements, highlights, and supporting interface components.

Product Custom Domains

Configure custom domains for each enabled product to provide a branded user experience
