A complete guide to managing organizations, users, brands, roles, and system configurations in the Admin Console.
1. Introduction
The Admin Console is a comprehensive platform management tool that provides administrators with centralized control over organizations, users, brands, roles, and system configurations. This user guide provides detailed instructions for navigating and utilizing all available features within the Admin Console — from initial login to advanced configuration options.
2. Accessing the Admin Console
Method 1: Direct Login
Open your web browser.
Navigate to the Admin Console login page: https://admin.movingwalls.com/login
Enter your login credentials.
Click Sign In to access the Admin Console.
Method 2: Access from a Platform
If you are already signed in to one of the Moving Walls platforms, such as Inventory, Measure, Planner, or Influence, you can access the Admin Console without logging in again.
Sign in to the required Moving Walls platform.
In the upper-left corner of the application, click the Application Launcher (grid icon).
From the application menu, select Accounts.
You will be redirected to the Admin Console.
Navigation to the Dashboard: From the main navigation menu, click Dashboard. You will be directed to the Dashboard homepage, which provides a consolidated overview of platform activity, organizational data, product adoption, and recent user actions.
3. Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard serves as a centralized view of key platform metrics and activities. It provides insights into the total number of organizations, users, brands, and agencies within your scope, along with product adoption trends, organization distribution across countries, and recent platform activities.
3.1 Summary Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, four summary cards provide quick insights into platform data:
Organizations – Displays the total number of organization records available within your scope.
Users – Displays the total number of user accounts within your scope.
Brands – Displays the total number of brand records managed within the platform.
Agencies – Displays the total number of organizations classified as agencies.
3.2 Date Range Filter
Use the Date Range Filter at the top of the Dashboard to control the reporting period displayed across all charts and metrics.
Locate the Date Range Filter at the top of the Dashboard.
Select the desired reporting period: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or Custom Range.
Once selected, all time-based charts, statistics, and activity feeds will automatically refresh to reflect the chosen period.
3.3 Dashboard Charts and Metrics
Organizations Overview by Type – A donut chart displaying the distribution of organizations across categories: Agency, Advertiser, Media Owner, Tech Partner, and Partner.
Product Subscriptions Distribution – Shows the number of organizations with each product enabled across the platform.
Company Status Overview – The Active versus Inactive organization breakdown to monitor overall platform health.
Product Subscriptions – A list or chart showing active product access across organizations.
Top Countries – The geographic distribution of organizations by country or region.
Recent Activity – An activity feed to track recent system changes, monitor user actions, and maintain operational visibility.
4. Organizations
The Organizations section allows administrators to create and manage company records within the platform. Each organization can be configured with business details, contact information, hierarchy settings, and bank details.
4.1 Creating a New Company
Navigate to the Organization tab and click Add Company. The Company Details panel will be displayed.
Enter the Company Name.
Enter the Registration Number.
Click the Business Type dropdown and choose the appropriate business category. This field is mandatory.
Enter the company's primary contact number, including the country code.
Enter the company's website URL.
Enter the company's WhatsApp contact number with country code.
Enter the official company email address.
Enter the email address that should receive system notifications.
Enter the Telegram username or numeric Telegram ID.
Click Select Country and choose the appropriate country from the dropdown list.
Click Select Timezone and choose the timezone that best matches the company's primary operating location.
Company Hierarchy – Specify whether the company should be created as a child company. If not, keep the toggle Off. If it is a child company, enable the toggle and select the parent company from the dropdown list.
4.1.1 Bank Details
The Bank Details section is used to store banking information for organizations that receive payments through the platform (optional):
Bank Name – Name of the banking institution.
Account Name – Name registered on the bank account.
SWIFT / BIC Code – International transfer identifier.
Click Save to create the company record.
4.1.2 Contract
The Contract tab allows you to manage contract-related information for the organization:
Contract Template – Use the Download Template button to download the standard contract template, which can be completed, signed, and uploaded back into the system.
Upload Contract Document – Upload signed contracts or related documents via the Click to upload area. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, and image files.
Contract Expiry – Enable Unlimited (No Expiry) if the contract has no expiration date. Otherwise, disable it and select an expiry date (today or a future date).
Company Status – Toggle between Active (the organization can access all enabled features) and Inactive (the organization cannot access the platform until reactivated).
After making updates, click Save Changes.
4.2 Products
The Products tab allows users to manage the products and modules an organization can access. Each product is displayed as a card containing the product name, a brief description, and the number of available features.
Locate the required product.
Use the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the product card.
Turn the toggle On to grant access, or Off to revoke access.
4.3 Markets
The Markets tab allows administrators to configure the countries and regions where an organization is permitted to operate. Use the Search countries field to quickly locate a specific country. The legend below the map indicates each market's status: Enabled (the organization can operate in that country) or Disabled (it cannot).
4.4 Selling Terms
Configure the commercial terms that define how the media owner's inventory is sold, including minimum spend requirements, discount structures, and payment terms.
Creative Approval – When Require Creative Approval is enabled, all creatives must be approved before going live; when disabled, creatives can be published without approval.
Campaign Approval – When Require Internal Campaign Approval is enabled, campaigns must receive internal approval before going live.
Dayparting Controls – When Allow Dayparting is enabled, users can schedule campaigns to run during specific times of the day.
Minimum Purchase Requirements – Minimum Days Advertiser Must Buy defines the minimum booking duration for campaigns.
Payment Terms – Payment Terms (days) is the number of days allowed for payment after an invoice is issued; the Payment Terms Description is a brief description such as "Net 30 days from invoice date."
Other Policies – Creative Lead Time (days), Cancellation Notice (days), and Cancellation Fee (%) define additional commercial policies for campaigns.
After updating the selling terms and policies, click Save Changes.
4.5 White Label
The White Label tab allows administrators to customize the organization's branding across the platform.
Enable Whitelabeling – When enabled, the organization's custom branding, colors, domains, and email settings are applied throughout the platform; when disabled, default branding is used.
Logo Assets – Configure the Application Logo (header and navigation), Proposal Logo (client-facing documents), Favicon (browser tab icon), and Invoice Logo (platform-generated invoices).
Brand Colors – Set the Primary Color (buttons, links, key interface elements) and Secondary Color (secondary elements and highlights) using HEX color codes.
Product Custom Domains – Configure custom domains for each enabled product to provide a branded user experience.
4.6 Revenue Share
The Revenue Share tab allows administrators to configure the organization's subscription plan and billing model. These settings determine the commercial model applied to the organization.
4.7 DSP Seats
The DSP Seats tab is available for Agency and Advertiser organizations. It allows administrators to view and manage the Demand-Side Platform (DSP) seats assigned to the organization, enabling them to purchase advertising inventory through programmatic auctions. A DSP seat represents a license issued by a Tech Partner (DSP) that authorizes an agency or advertiser to participate in programmatic buying.

Seat ID | The unique identifier assigned to the DSP seat. |
DSP Provider | The Tech Partner (DSP) that issued the seat. |
Seat Type | The classification of the seat, such as Standard, Premium, or Self-Serve. |
Status | Indicates whether the seat is Active, Suspended, or Revoked. |
Assigned Date | The date on which the DSP seat was assigned to the organization. |
Budget Limit | An optional spending limit configured for the DSP seat. |
Seat Status: Active – the seat can participate in programmatic auctions; Suspended – temporarily unavailable until reactivated; Revoked – permanently removed and no longer available.
4.8 Product Features
The Product Features tab provides a complete catalog of features available across all products. Features are organized by product, allowing administrators to browse the feature hierarchy and understand the capabilities included with each product.
4.9 API Keys
The API Keys tab allows administrators to manage API keys for the organization.
4.10 Mapping Agencies
The Add Agency Mapping feature is used to create and manage relationships between agencies and companies. This mapping defines which companies an agency can work with and establishes the approval workflows used for campaigns and creatives.
Adding a Mapping:
Click Add Mapping.
Select the required Agency from the dropdown list.
Choose the Campaign Approval method: Auto (campaigns approved automatically) or Manual (campaigns require manual approval).
Choose the Creative Approval method: Auto or Manual.
Save the mapping to apply the selected settings.
5. Users
The Users section provides tools to create, manage, and configure user accounts within organizations. Administrators can assign roles, update credentials, and control user access levels.
5.1 Creating a User
Navigate to the required organization.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) associated with the organization.
Select Manage Users from the menu options.
Click Add User.
Enter the user's personal information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Language.
Select the company to which the user will be assigned. Ensure the correct company is selected before proceeding.
Choose the appropriate role from the Role dropdown based on the user's responsibilities and required access level.
Click Save to add the user to the organization.
5.2 Setting a User Password
Navigate to the Users list.
Under the Actions column, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the desired user.
Select Set Password.
Enter the new password and save the changes.
5.3 Deactivating a User
Navigate to the Users list.
Under the Actions column, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the desired user.
Select Edit User.
Locate the User Active toggle and turn it Off.
Save the changes.
Once deactivated, the user will no longer be able to access the platform until the account is reactivated.
5.4 Filter Users
Click the Status dropdown and select Active or Inactive.
Select the desired admin type – Regular Users (e.g., Media Planners) or Company Admins (Administrators).
Select a country from the Country dropdown.
Select the desired organization from the Organization dropdown.
Click Apply Filter to update the user list.
5.5 Updating a User Role
Navigate to the Users list.
Under the Actions column, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the user whose role you want to update.
Select Manage Roles.
Choose the appropriate role from the Role dropdown list.
Save the changes. The user's permissions and access levels update based on the selected role.
6. Brands
The Brands section enables administrators to create brand records and associate them with organizations. Brands can be categorized and assigned to specific users within an organization.
6.1 Creating a Brand
Navigate to the Brands section and click Add Brand.
Enter the brand name.
Search for the organization to which the brand should be assigned and select it.
Use the Category and Sub Category dropdowns to classify the brand.
Enter the complete website URL.
If required, upload a logo to represent the brand.
Enter the required brand details in the form and assign the brand to the appropriate user.
Save the changes to create the brand.
7. Vendors
The Vendor Configuration tab is available only for organizations of type Vendor and serves as the central setup area for all operational details used by the PosterOps Order Management System (OMS). This tab contains vendor-specific settings that define how the organization operates within the platform's workflow.
8. Tags
Tags are lightweight metadata labels used to categorize and organize different entities such as campaigns, inventory, creatives, audiences, deals, locations, and brands. They do not modify the underlying data but help users filter, search, and manage information more effectively.
8.1 Creating a Tag
Navigate to Tags and click Add Tag.
Enter a descriptive tag name.
Provide additional information about the purpose of the tag in the Description field.
Select the appropriate platform.
Select the type of entity that the tag will be associated with.
Select the company that will own or use the tag.
Select a color to visually identify the tag throughout the platform.
9. Roles and Permissions
A Role is a collection of product feature access rights assigned to users within an organization. The platform provides a set of default roles for common job functions, and administrators can also create custom roles for more granular access control.
9.1 Viewing Roles
Select a Company – A dropdown or search field lets you choose which organization's roles you want to view.
View Roles – Once a company is selected, the page displays Default Roles (pre-defined roles for every organization of that type) and Custom Roles (manually created for that specific organization).

Administrator | Full access to all features. Can manage users, configure settings, and perform all operations within the organization. |
Operations Manager | Manages day-to-day operations: screen inventory, scheduling, availability, and operational workflows. Cannot manage billing or user accounts. |
Campaign Planner | Plans campaigns, builds media proposals, and manages campaign schedules. Read-only access to inventory and audience data. |
Ad Operations | Manages ad serving, creative trafficking, programmatic deal setup, and delivery monitoring. |
Content Manager | Manages creative content: upload, review, approval workflows, and content scheduling across screens. |
Creative Approver | Reviews and approves or rejects creative submissions. Cannot upload or modify content directly. |
Finance Manager | Accesses revenue reports, billing data, invoice generation, and financial reconciliation. Cannot modify operational settings. |
Billing Admin | Manages billing configuration, payment methods, invoice disputes, and financial account settings. |
Sales Rep | Accesses inventory availability, pricing information, and client communication tools. Can generate proposals but cannot execute campaigns. |
Agency Default Roles

Media Planner | Plans media campaigns: audience research, screen selection, budget allocation, and proposal creation. The strategic planning role. |
Media Buyer | Executes media purchases: places orders, manages programmatic bids, negotiates rates, and confirms bookings. The tactical buying role. |
Creative Director | Oversees creative strategy and reviews creative output. Can approve or reject creatives but does not typically handle media planning or buying. |
Creative Manager | Manages creative production: uploads assets, coordinates creative approvals, and ensures creative specifications match screen requirements. |
Analyst | Accesses campaign performance data, audience analytics, and reporting tools. Read-only access — can generate reports but cannot modify campaigns. |

Tech Partner Default Roles

Partner Default Roles

Technical Integration | Manages technical integration details: API keys, webhook configurations, data exchange protocols, and integration health monitoring. |
9.3 Custom Roles
The Custom Roles feature allows organizations to create role-based access controls tailored to their specific business requirements, defining feature access at a more granular level. Custom roles can be assigned to users within the organization and are available during user creation and user management.
Creating a Custom Role:
Role Name – Enter a descriptive name for the role.
Description – Provide a brief description explaining the responsibilities or intended use of the role.
Function Template – The platform displays a hierarchical list of products and their associated features; select the appropriate access rights for the role.
Once all access rights have been configured, save the custom role. It becomes available for assignment during user creation and management.
10. Company Settings
The Company Settings section allows administrators to enable or disable feature flags for the selected company:
Campaign Approval – Controls whether campaign approval workflows are required for the company.
Internal Support – Controls access to internal support functionality.
Tenant Switch – Controls whether users can switch between multiple tenant environments.
11. Preferences
The Preferences section is used to configure organization-level defaults for formatting, targeting, terminology, and date ranges. These settings ensure a consistent experience for all users within the organization.
11.1 Number Formatting – Controls how all numeric values are displayed across the platform — impressions, CPM rates, budgets, screen counts, and percentages. Configure the format to match your organization's regional standards.
11.2 Currency – Determines the default monetary unit used across the platform for budgets, rates, and financial reporting.
11.3 Date and Time Settings – Configure the date format, time format, and timezone.
11.4 Terminology – Customize the language used throughout the platform. For example, a media owner may refer to inventory as "Assets," while an agency may refer to campaigns as "Orders." Users can also add completely new custom terms via the Add Custom Term button, and use the right-side Preview Panel to validate terminology changes in context before saving.
11.5 Quick Date Ranges – Date pickers offer quick-select buttons for common ranges (by default "Last 7 days," "Last 15 days," and "Last 30 days"). Organizations can add any number of days as a custom quick-select option.
