Q: What is the Admin Console?
A: The Admin Console is a comprehensive platform management tool that provides administrators with centralized control over organizations, users, brands, roles, and system configurations.
Q: How do I access the Admin Console?
A: You can access it in two ways. Method 1 — Direct Login: Open your browser, go to https://admin.movingwalls.com/login, enter your credentials, and click Sign In. Method 2 — From a Platform: If already signed in to Inventory, Measure, Planner, or Influence, click the Application Launcher (grid icon) in the upper-left corner and select Accounts.
Q: What can I see on the Dashboard?
A: The Dashboard provides a consolidated overview of platform activity, including total organizations, users, brands, and agencies within your scope, product adoption trends, organization distribution by country, and recent platform activities.
Q: What are the four summary cards on the Dashboard?
A: The four summary cards show: Organizations (total organization records in your scope), Users (total user accounts in your scope), Brands (total brand records on the platform), and Agencies (total organizations classified as agencies).
Q: How do I change the date range on the Dashboard?
A: Use the Date Range Filter at the top of the Dashboard. You can select Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or a Custom Range. All charts and metrics will automatically refresh once a period is selected.
Organizations
Q: How do I create a new company?
A: Navigate to the Organization tab and click Add Company. Fill in the Company Name, Registration Number, Business Type (mandatory), contact number, website URL, WhatsApp number, company email, notification email, Telegram ID, Country, and Timezone. If it is a child company, enable the Company Hierarchy toggle and select the parent company, then save.
Q: What information is needed for Bank Details?
A: Bank Details are optional. You can enter the Bank Name, Account Name, and SWIFT / BIC Code. Click Save to store the company record.
Q: What is the Contract tab used for?
A: The Contract tab lets you manage contract documents, expiration dates, and company status. You can download a contract template, upload signed documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, or image files), set an expiry date or mark the contract as unlimited, and toggle the company between Active and Inactive.
Q: How do I enable or disable a product for an organization?
A: Go to the Products tab for the organization. Each product is displayed as a card. Use the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the product card — turn it On to grant access or Off to revoke access.
Q: How do I configure which countries an organization can operate in?
A: Use the Markets tab. Search for a country using the Search countries field and enable or disable it. Enabled means the organization can operate there; Disabled means it cannot.
Q: What are Selling Terms?
A: Selling Terms define commercial conditions for an organization, including whether Creative Approval and Campaign Approval are required, whether Dayparting is allowed, minimum purchase duration (days), payment terms, creative lead time, cancellation notice period, and cancellation fee percentage.
Q: How do I set up White Label branding for an organization?
A: Go to the White Label tab and enable the Enable Whitelabeling toggle. You can then configure logos (Application Logo, Proposal Logo, Favicon, Invoice Logo), set primary and secondary brand colors using HEX codes, and configure custom product domains.
Q: What is a DSP Seat?
A: A DSP seat is a license issued by a Tech Partner (DSP) that authorizes an Agency or Advertiser to participate in programmatic buying. Each seat has a Seat ID, DSP Provider, Seat Type, Status (Active, Suspended, or Revoked), Assigned Date, and optional Budget Limit.
Q: How do I map an agency to a company?
A: Go to section 4.10 Mapping Agencies and click Add Mapping. Select the required Agency, choose the Campaign Approval method (Auto or Manual), choose the Creative Approval method (Auto or Manual), and save the mapping.
Users
Q: How do I create a new user?
A: Navigate to the required organization, click the three-dot menu (⋮), and select Manage Users. Click Add User, enter the user's First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Language, select the company, choose the appropriate role, and click Save.
Q: How do I set or reset a user's password?
A: Go to the Users list, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the desired user under the Actions column, select Set Password, enter the new password, and save.
Q: How do I deactivate a user?
A: Go to the Users list, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the user, select Edit User, locate the User Active toggle, turn it Off, and save. The user will not be able to access the platform until reactivated.
Q: How do I filter the user list?
A: Use the Filter Users panel. You can filter by Status (Active or Inactive), admin type (Regular Users or Company Admins), Country, and Organization. Click Apply Filter to update the list.
Q: How do I update a user's role?
A: Go to the Users list, click the three-dot menu (⋮) for the user, select Manage Roles, choose the appropriate role from the dropdown, and save. The user's permissions will be updated immediately.
Brands
Q: How do I create a brand?
A: Navigate to the Brands section and click Add Brand. Enter the brand name, search for and select the organization, choose the Category and Sub Category, enter the website URL, upload a logo if required, fill in the brand details, assign the brand to the appropriate user, and save.
Tags
Q: What are tags and what can they be applied to?
A: Tags are lightweight metadata labels used to categorize and organize entities. They can be applied to campaigns, inventory, creatives, audiences, deals, locations, and brands. They do not modify the underlying data but help with filtering and searching.
Q: How do I create a tag?
A: Navigate to Tags and click Add Tag. Enter a tag name, provide a description, select the platform, choose the entity type, select the owning company, and pick a color to visually identify the tag.
Roles and Permissions
Q: What is a role?
A: A Role is a collection of product feature access rights assigned to users within an organization. The platform provides default roles for common job functions, and administrators can also create custom roles for more granular control.
Q: How do I view roles for an organization?
A: Select the company from the dropdown or search field on the Roles page. The page will display two sections: Default Roles (pre-defined for every organization of that type) and Custom Roles (manually created for the specific organization).
Q: What default roles are available for a Media Owner?
A: Media Owner default roles include: Administrator, Operations Manager, Campaign Planner, Ad Operations, Content Manager, Creative Approver, Finance Manager, Billing Admin, and Sales Rep.
Q: What default roles are available for an Agency?
A: Agency default roles include: Administrator, Account Director, Account Manager, Media Planner, Media Buyer, Creative Director, Creative Manager, and Analyst.
Q: What default roles are available for an Advertiser?
A: Advertiser default roles include: Administrator, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Approver, and Viewer.
Q: What default roles are available for a Tech Partner?
A: Tech Partner default roles include: Administrator, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Operations.
Q: What default roles are available for a Partner?
A: Partner default roles include: Administrator, Account Manager, Business Development, Solution Architect, and Technical Integration.
Q: How do I create a custom role?
A: On the Roles page, enter a Role Name and Description, then use the Function Template to select the appropriate access rights from the hierarchical list of products and features. Save the role — it will then be available when creating or managing users.
Company Settings
Q: What can I configure in Company Settings?
A: Company Settings lets administrators enable or disable three feature flags: Campaign Approval (controls whether campaign approval workflows are required), Internal Support (controls access to internal support functionality), and Tenant Switch (controls whether users can switch between multiple tenant environments).
Preferences
Q: What can I configure in Preferences?
A: Preferences lets you configure organization-level defaults including Number Formatting, Currency, Date and Time Settings (date format, time format, timezone), Terminology, and Quick Date Ranges.
Q: How do I customize platform terminology?
A: Go to the Terminology tab under Preferences. You can customize existing terms and add completely new custom terms using the Add Custom Term button. Use the Preview Panel on the right to see how the changes will appear before saving.
Q: How do I add custom quick date ranges?
A: Under Preferences, go to Quick Date Ranges. Use the Add Custom Ranges option to add any number of days as a quick-select option. By default the options are Last 7 days, Last 15 days, and Last 30 days.
Vendors
Q: What is the Vendor Configuration tab?
A: The Vendor Configuration tab is available only for organizations of type Vendor. It serves as the central setup area for all operational details used by the PosterOps Order Management System (OMS) and contains vendor-specific settings that define how the organization operates within the platform's workflow.
