Selling Terms
Configure the commercial terms that define how the media owner's inventory is including minimum spend requirements, discount structures, and payment terms.
Creative Approval
The Require Creative Approval option determines whether creatives must be reviewed before they can be published.
Enabled – All creatives must be approved before they can go live.
Disabled – Creatives can be published without requiring approval.
Campaign Approval
The Require Internal Campaign Approval option controls whether campaigns require an internal review before activation.
Enabled – Campaigns must receive internal approval before they can go live.
Disabled – Campaigns can go live without an internal approval process.
Dayparting Controls
The Allow Dayparting option determines whether campaigns can be scheduled to run during specific times of the day.
Enabled – Users can configure dayparting schedules for campaigns.
Disabled – Dayparting is unavailable, and campaigns run according to their standard schedule.
Minimum Purchase Requirements
Use this section to specify the minimum purchase duration required for advertisers.
Minimum Days Advertiser Must Buy – Enter the minimum number of days for which an advertiser must purchase inventory. This value defines the minimum booking duration for campaigns.
Payment Terms
Configure the organization's standard payment terms.
Payment Terms (days) – Enter the number of days allowed for payment after an invoice is issued.
Payment Terms Description – Provide a brief description of the payment terms, such as "Net 30 days from invoice date."
Other Policies
Define additional commercial policies that apply to campaigns.
Creative Lead Time (days) – Specify the minimum number of days required to prepare and approve creatives before the campaign start date.
Cancellation Notice (days) – Enter the minimum number of days' notice required to cancel a campaign without penalty.
Cancellation Fee (%) – Specify the percentage fee charged when a campaign is cancelled according to the organization's cancellation policy.
Save Changes
After updating the selling terms and policies, click Save Changes to save the configuration.
