Sale Terms

The Sale Terms section gives publishers comprehensive control over how billboards are sold and priced across the platform. Changes made here automatically apply to all related campaigns and deals.

Selling Terms

Set minimum booking thresholds for each billboard type. Bookings that do not meet the minimum requirements will not be processed.

Note: Hour-based minimum settings apply to Digital billboards only. Classic billboards are static and operate on day-based minimums only. Selling terms can be further customised per billboard format or individual billboard name using the Customised Selling Terms option.

Rate Card Configuration

Configure how billboard pricing is displayed and calculated across all inventory, campaigns, and rate cards.

Creative Duration

Select up to 4 creative durations (e.g. 10, 15, 30 seconds) that will be available for digital billboard rate cards

Rate Card Type — Monthly

Calculate and display rates on a monthly billing cycle

Rate Card Type — Weekly

Calculate and display rates on a weekly basis

Rate Card Type — Daily

Calculate and display rates on a daily basis

Rate Card Type — Hourly

Available for Digital billboards only. Set rates based on hourly usage.

Rate Card Type — Spot

Calculate rates based on specific ad spots within the day

Discount

Apply a discount based on consecutive booking rules — configurable as a percentage or fixed value reduction

Day Part Groups

Define hourly ranges within a day (e.g. morning 06:00–12:00, afternoon 12:00–18:00, evening 18:00–22:00, night 22:00–06:00) for peak-time pricing

Edit Day Part Groups

Customise the hours defined as peak or off-peak periods. Updates automatically apply across all linked billboards and campaigns.

Customised Rate Card Terms

Override rate card settings for specific billboard formats or individual billboard names

Note: Any modifications to Rate Card Terms automatically reflect across all related campaigns and deals. Changes to Selling Terms reflect when creating new campaign deals and line items.

Additional Configuration Settings

The Configuration module also includes the following settings for advanced platform management:

Description

SSP Fees

Configure fee percentages charged for each programmatic deal type: Programmatic Guaranteed, Preferred, Private Auction, Open Auction, Evergreen PMP, and DV360. Fees auto-apply to all related deals.

Metric

Set the preferred measurement unit for billboard sizes: Inches, Feet, Meters, or Centimeters. Reflects across Billboard Listing and campaign planning pages.

Proposal Settings

Set Proposal Validity (days a traditional proposal remains valid) and Direct Deals Validity (days a programmatic proposal remains valid). Configure Campaign Insight Fees (% charged for Post Campaign Reports).

Terms & Conditions

Define and manage business policies that appear on all invoice pages for advertising campaign deals. Editable at any time.

MFA Settings

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for all accounts. Adds a two-step login process (password + verification code) to protect against unauthorised access.

Online Configure (OSS)

For publishers using the Online Self-Serve platform. Manage enquired and registered users, approve new accounts, and configure inventory, campaign, notification, API, payment gateway, and SMTP mail settings.

Order Form

Execute service requests under an existing MOU (Memorandum of Understanding). Captures publisher details, service details, service fees, and processing descriptions.
