5. Submitting and Approving a Campaign
Once a campaign has been built, it needs to be submitted and approved before it goes live. This ensures every campaign is reviewed before money is committed.
5.1 Submitting a Campaign
Open the campaign from the Campaigns list, or continue directly from the Optimization step.
Click Submit Campaign in the top-right corner.

A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm submission.
Click Yes, Submit to proceed.
Note: Once submitted, no further changes can be made to the campaign unless it is rejected and sent back to you. Review all details carefully before submitting.
5.2 Campaign Approval
Depending on your role and permissions, you may be able to approve campaigns submitted by others. Approval typically passes through stages such as Agency Acceptance, Internal Review, and Media Owner Approval.

Open the submitted campaign and review the Campaign Approval panel.
Check the progress of each approval stage.
If you have approval permissions, click Approve to confirm, or Reject to send it back for changes.
A media plan typically moves through a 3-stage approval workflow before a campaign goes live:
Agency Acceptance – The client's agency looks at the plan and says "yes, this is what we asked for."
Internal Review – Your own team double-checks everything is correct and doable before sending it out further.
Media Owner Approval – The actual owner of the billboard/screen confirms "yes, that site is free, book it."
