Moving Walls Inventory
This guide covers the actions available once one or more items are selected on the Inventory list — View Availability, View map, and Delete — with most of the walkthrough spent inside the resulting Availability View and Map View screens.
Overview
Selecting one or more rows on the Inventory list reveals an action bar with three options:
Action | What it does | Covered |
View Availability | Opens the Availability View timeline for the selected inventory | Yes |
View map | Opens a map showing the selected inventory's location | Yes |
Delete | Removes the selected inventory/inventories | Not tested in recording |
Part 1: Selecting an Inventory
On the Inventory list, tick the checkbox next to a row — here, “Desa Kuala 001” (Digital, Out Signage). A blue banner appears: “1 Inventory Selected”, with three buttons on the right: View Availability, View map, and Delete (1) in red.

Part 2: Viewing the Selected Inventory on a Map
Click View map to open “Inventories in Map View”. The left panel lists Selected Inventories — showing the name, address, and tags (Digital, Medium) for each — with a search box to add more locations by name; the map on the right pins each selected inventory.

Use the Select POI's dropdown (top-right of the map) to toggle nearby points of interest on the map; in this recording only None is shown as an option.
Map View — Select POI's dropdown
Click the × in the top-right to close Map View and return to the Inventory list.
Part 3: Viewing Availability
Back on the Inventory list, with the same row still selected, click View Availability to open the Availability View page. It opens on the Digital classification tab (with a separate Classic tab alongside), Daily granularity by default, and a legend of Available / Reserved / Booked / Unavailable checkboxes above the timeline.
Availability View — Daily granularity, hour by hour
The timeline row for Desa Kuala 001 shows its availability percentage and open spot count (e.g. 75% Available, 431/576 Spots open), plus any bookings for the period as colored blocks labeled with the campaign/brand (e.g. “PG Display +2 Other Brands”).
Switch granularity using the Yearly / Monthly / Weekly / Daily buttons at top-right:
Availability View — Yearly granularity, month by month
Availability View — Weekly granularity, day by day, showing a booking
Yearly shows month-by-month columns across a year; Monthly shows day-by-day columns for a month; Weekly shows a 7–8 day span (here, “Test Campaign” spans several days); Daily breaks a single day down hour by hour. The header text above the table (e.g. “Showing 07 August 2026 — full day, hour by hour”) always confirms the active range and granularity.
Use Sort by (next to the legend) to reorder inventories by Default, Least Availability, or Most Availability — useful once more than one inventory is shown.

Click Download (top-right) to export the current availability view — this button is enabled once data is loaded (it appears greyed out only when a filter returns no results).
Part 4: Switching Classification, Date Range, and Filters
Click the Classic tab (next to Digital). Since the selected inventory is classified Digital, this tab shows “0 Inventories” and “No inventories found. Try adjusting your filters or search query.”
Availability View — Classic tab, no matching inventories
Click the filter icon (funnel) next to the date field to open Filter Inventories. Near the top are Type, Media Owner, Tags, Venue Type Parent, Venue Type Child, Venue Type Grand Child, Locations, and Panel Resolutions.
Filter Inventories panel — top fields
Scrolling down reveals more filters: Deal Types, Creative Types, Display Formats, Player Counts, Illuminated, Orientation, Sizes, and Status — each a dropdown defaulting to “All …”. Cancel filters and Apply Filters sit fixed at the bottom of the panel.
Filter Inventories panel — scrolled to remaining fields
Close the filter panel and switch back to the Digital tab. Click the date field to open the range picker — a two-month calendar (Aug 2026 / Sep 2026 in this recording) with Cancel and Apply buttons; select a start and end day, then Apply.
Date range picker — selecting a full month (Aug 1–31, 2026)
After applying, the Monthly view refreshes for the new range, back on the Digital tab with 1 Inventories and “Desa Kuala 001” shown again (here at 76% Available, 568/744 Spots open).
