Availability View User Guide

This guide walks through the Availability View in the Moving Walls Planner — checking inventory booking status, filtering the inventory list, changing the time granularity, sorting, exporting availability data, and drilling into spot-level detail across both Digital and Classic inventory.

Export the currently visible availability data as a CSV file.

Part 1: Viewing Availability (Digital)

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Inventory › Availability. The Availability View opens on the Digital tab by default, showing Daily granularity for today's date.

2. The main table lists every Digital inventory on the left — name, % Available, and Spots open — next to a color-coded hourly timeline, with a legend for Available, Reserved, Booked, and Unavailable.

3. Hover over any cell in the timeline to see a tooltip with the exact date, hour, and status for that inventory.

4. Hover over a colored (booked) block to see which campaign occupies that slot.

Hovering a booked block reveals the campaign name — here, “Testcampaign”

Part 2: Choosing a Date Range and Granularity

5. Click the date-range field at the top left to open the calendar. Pick a start and end date across one or two months, then click Apply.

6. Use the Yearly / Monthly / Weekly / Daily buttons to change how the timeline is bucketed. The “Showing …” label at the top right and the column headers update to match.

7. In Weekly view, each column is one day across the selected week; in Daily view, each column is one hour across a single day.

8. Use the ‹ › arrows next to the period field to step to the previous or next period without reopening the calendar.

Part 3: Filtering and Sorting Inventories

9. Click the filter icon next to the search box to open the Filter Inventories panel.

11. Set the criteria you need and click Apply Filters, or Cancel filters to discard changes and close the panel.

12. Use the Sort by dropdown at the top right to reorder the current page by Default, Least Availability, or Most Availability. A note under the toolbar reminds you this only reorders the current page — a full cross-page sort needs server support.

Part 4: Exporting Availability Data

13. Click Download at the top right to export the currently visible availability data.

14. Your browser's Save As dialog opens with a suggested file name (bookings-calendar_digital_<date>) and file type set to CSV (Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File). Confirm the location and click Save.

Part 5: Classic Inventory and Spot-Level Detail

16. Click the Classic tab to switch to classic (static/billboard) inventory. This list has its own inventory count and only offers Yearly or Monthly granularity, since classic sites don't need hourly detail.

17. Switch back to Digital, then click the chevron (ˇ) next to an inventory's name to expand it and see its individual spots, each with its own open/total spot count.
