This guide walks through the Advanced Filters panel on the Inventory list in the Moving Walls Planner, covering how to open it, every field it offers for narrowing down inventory records, and how to apply or clear a filter.

Number of media players/screens

Illuminated

Whether the inventory is illuminated

Orientation

Panel orientation (e.g., portrait, landscape)

Sizes

Physical size of the inventory

Status

Active/inactive status of the inventory

Part 1: Opening the Inventory List

  1. Log in to the Planner and go to the Inventory list from the left-hand menu.

  2. The list shows each inventory item's S.No, Inventory Name, Location, Type, Size, Media Owner, Format, and Status, along with an Actions (⋯) menu at the end of each row.

  1. Opening the row-level Actions (⋯) menu offers Edit, View Availability, Archive, and Delete for that single item — useful for managing one record, but not for narrowing the whole list, which is what the Filter panel (next section) is for.

Part 2: Opening the Advanced Filters Panel

  1. Click the Filter button, next to the search box above the list.

  1. The Advanced Filters panel slides in from the right. The top of the panel starts with Type, Media Owner, Tags, Venue Type Parent, Venue Type Child, Venue Type Grand Child, Locations, and Panel Resolutions — each defaulting to "All ..." until a value is chosen.

Part 3: Reviewing the Remaining Filter Fields

  1. Scroll down within the panel to reach the remaining fields: Deal Types, Creative Types, Display Formats, Player Counts, Illuminated, Orientation, Sizes, and Status.

  1. At the bottom of the panel, Reset clears every selection back to "All ...", and Apply Filters runs the search using whatever values were chosen above.

Part 4: Closing the Panel

  1. Click the X in the top-right corner of the panel to close it without applying any filter.
