Part 1: Creating a New Transit Route

  1. Go to Inventory → Transit Routes from the left-hand menu. The list shows every existing route with its Route Name, Media Owner, and Actions.

  1. Click + Add Route to open the Add New Transit Route panel, and enter a Route Name for the new transit route.

  1. Click the Media Owner field and search for the owner this route belongs to, then select one from the results.

  1. Click Add Transit Route to save. A “Transit route created successfully” confirmation appears, and you land on the new route's detail page. Since no points exist yet, the map shows a “No route points added yet” message.

Part 2: Adding Route Points

  1. Click Add Route Points to open the map panel used for plotting the route's path.

  1. Search for a location or click directly on the map to drop a pin for each stop along the route. Every click adds a numbered point, and a “Route Points added” indicator confirms it.

  1. Continue adding points to build out the full path. Each addition shows a “Route point created successfully” confirmation, and the running count of points updates as you go.

Part 3: Reviewing Route Points

  1. Back on the route detail page, the map now renders the plotted path. Below it, a table lists every point with its S.No, Coordinates, Geometry, Order, and row Actions (for editing or removing individual points).

Part 4: Filtering Transit Routes by Media Owner

  1. Return to Inventory → Transit Routes. The newly created route now appears in the list alongside existing ones.

  1. Click the Media Owners filter button above the table. A searchable, checkbox list of media owners opens — check one or more to filter the list.

  1. The table reloads to show only routes for the selected owner(s). If no routes exist for that owner, an empty state reads “No routes matching your criteria.”
