Tags: Creating, Editing, and Deleting Tags
This guide walks through the tag management workflow in Moving Walls Inventory: Create a Tag → Edit or Delete a Tag → Filter Tags by Media Owner.

Part 1: Creating a Tag
From the left-hand menu, go to Tags. The All Tags table lists each tag's Name, Media Owner, Inventories, Networks, and Actions.

Click + Add Tag in the top right. The Create Tag panel opens, asking for Media Owner, Tag Name, and Tag Color.

In the Media Owner field, type to search. Matching media owners appear in a dropdown as you type (e.g., typing “movin” surfaces the Moving Walls entities).

Select the media owner the tag belongs to (e.g., Moving Walls India Pvt Ltd).

Enter a Tag Name (e.g., “Test”).

Click the Tag Color swatch to open the color picker and choose a color for the tag. The hex value updates automatically once a color is picked.

Click Add Tag. A “Tag created successfully” confirmation toast appears, and the new tag appears at the top of the All Tags list with its chosen color swatch.

Part 2: Editing or Deleting a Tag
Click the Actions (…) menu at the end of the tag's row to reveal Edit and Delete options.

Select Edit to open the Edit Tag panel, where you can update the Tag Name and Tag Color, then click Update Tag.

To remove a tag instead, select Delete. A confirmation dialog warns that the tag will be removed from all associated inventories and networks and cannot be undone. Click Yes, Delete to confirm, or Don't Delete to cancel.

A “Tag deleted successfully” confirmation toast appears, and the tag is removed from the All Tags list.

Part 3: Filtering Tags by Media Owner
Click Media Owners above the All Tags table to open a checklist of media owners.
Select one or more owners to filter the list. The list updates to show only tags for the selected owner(s); if none exist, the table shows “No tags found. Create your first tag to get started.”
