  1. The Add Network panel opens on a 6-step tracker — Classification, Operations, Pricing & Terms, Inventories, Media, Review — starting on Step 1, Classification. The Media Owner and Country fields are pre-filled with the signed-in account's defaults (shown here as Moms / India), and a Classification Tips panel on the right explains each field.

Part 2: Completing the Classification Step

  1. Enter a descriptive Network Name (required) — e.g., “Premium Mall Network” or “Highway Billboard Network”.

  2. Open the Classification dropdown (required) and choose between the two available options, Digital or Classic — this defines the network's media channel (Digital = screens, Classic = printed).

Classification dropdown — Digital / Classic options

  1. Select Digital. Classification plus Media Type together determine the network type automatically (e.g., “Digital OOH Network”), and only matching inventories can later be assigned to it.

Classification set to Digital

  1. Confirm the Media Owner (required). It defaults to the signed-in account; click the field to search if more than one owner is available.

Media Owner field — searchable dropdown

  1. Review the Country field. It determines which currencies and inventories are available to the network and cannot be changed after the network is created.

  2. Optionally choose Media Types and Formats — Media Types narrow the network to specific screen/media categories, and Format narrows it further within that classification. Both can be left blank and set later.

  3. Once the required fields are complete, click Continue to proceed to Step 2 — Operations.

Classification Tips (in-app guidance)

  • Network Name should be descriptive — e.g., 'Premium Mall Network' or 'Highway Billboard Network'.

  • Classification + Media Type define the network type automatically (e.g., 'Digital OOH Network'). Only matching inventories can be assigned.

  • Classification defines the media channel: Digital (screens), Classic (printed), or Audio (radio/audio ads).

  • Format narrows down the specific screen/media type within the classification.

  • Active networks appear in reporting and are available for booking. Draft networks are hidden.

  • Country determines which currencies and inventories are available for this network. It cannot be changed after creation.
