Moving Walls Inventory
This guide walks through Step 5 of 6 — Media in the Add Network wizard of the Moving Walls Inventory module, where thumbnail, asset, and filler files are uploaded to showcase a network to potential buyers, picking up after Classification, Operations, Pricing & Terms, and Inventories are already complete.

Part 1: Arriving at the Media Step
Continue through the Add Network wizard until Classification, Operations, Pricing & Terms and Inventories all show a completed checkmark in the step tracker, landing on Step 5, Media.
The Media step shows an empty “Tap or Drag & Drop your file here” dropzone, accepted formats (jpg / jpeg / png / webp / mp4), a limit of max 10 files with 50MB each, and a Media Tips panel on the right explaining the file types.

Part 2: Uploading a Media File
Tap or click inside the dropzone (or drag a file onto it) to open the system file picker.
Browse to the folder containing the media file. In this recording, the picker opens to Downloads before the user browses into Documents.

Navigate into Pictures and open the relevant subfolder to find the image or video to upload.

Click the desired file (here, times-new-logo) to select it — it populates the File name field — then click Open.

The file appears under New Files to Upload with its name and size (times-new-logo.jpg, 13095 KB), plus a Select Type dropdown and a remove (×) icon for that row.

Open Select Type for the file and assign a media type — thumbnail for preview images, asset for creatives, or filler for default content — repeating the upload for additional files as needed (up to 10, 50MB each).
Once every uploaded file has a type assigned, click Continue to proceed to Step 6 — Review.
