Moving Walls Planner
This guide walks through mapping a Network to an external system identifier using the External IDs tab on the Network detail page in the Moving Walls Planner.

Part 1: Opening External IDs
From the left-hand menu, go to Networks and open the network you want to configure (e.g., “Test network”).
On the network detail page, select “External IDs” from the left-hand sub-menu (alongside Overview, Inventories, Venues, Prices, and Blackouts). If no mappings exist yet, the panel reads “No external IDs configured. Add an external ID to get started.”

Click “+ Add External ID” to open the mapping panel.

Part 2: Mapping an External ID
Click the “Platform” dropdown and choose the external system to map to. The available platforms are CMS and LMX. A note below the field reminds you that only one external ID is allowed per platform.

Click into the “External ID” field and enter the identifier used for this network in the selected platform.

Click “Save” to store the mapping, or “Cancel” to close the panel without saving.
