Registry
The Registry is the central hub for managing all billboard inventories on the LMX platform. It contains four sub-modules: Inventory List, Add Inventory, Import Inventory, and Availability View.
2.1 Inventory List
The Inventory List is the master view of all billboards organised by type. Publishers can search, filter, view, and edit any inventory from this screen.
2.1.1 Category Tabs
Three tabs at the top display the inventory count per type. Switching tabs loads only the inventories within that category.

Digital | All DOOH and digital billboard inventories with their count |
Classic | All static/traditional billboard inventories with their count |
Network | All network groups with their count |
2.1.2 Search & Filters
Publishers can locate specific inventories using the search bar or the Apply Filters panel.

Search by Display Name | Type the billboard's display name to search |
Search by Reference ID | Enter the unique inventory reference ID to search |
State | Filter by US state |
City | Filter by city |
DMA | Filter by Designated Market Area |
Tags | Filter by tags assigned during onboarding |
Venue Types | Filter by venue type classification |
Available | Show only inventories with available booking slots |
Not Available | Show only inventories that are fully booked |
2.1.3 Inventory Table Columns

Thumbnail | Visual preview image of the billboard |
Display Name | Billboard display name with Active/Inactive status shown beneath |
GPS Coordinates | Latitude and longitude of the billboard location |
Resolution (W x H) | Screen resolution for digital boards |
Size (W x H) | Physical billboard dimensions |
Action Menu (⋮) | 3-dot menu per row: Edit inventory or View inventory details |
Note: The Export button downloads the full inventory list for the selected category and applied filters.
