Classic Billboard Onboarding (4 Steps)
Classic (static) billboard onboarding follows a similar process to Digital but with fewer technical configurations. There is no Programmatic Rate step for Classic boards.
Step 1 — Location
Same fields as Digital Location, with one additional field:

Number of Faces | How many advertising faces the billboard has |
Site Code | Unique identifier code for the billboard site |
Width & Height | Physical dimensions; billboard size auto-calculates (W x H) |
Position | Head-on, Near-side, Off-side, or Parallel to traffic flow |
Board Type | Classification of the billboard format |
Illumination | Whether the billboard is illuminated (toggle) |
Content Approval | Require review before an ad goes live |
Sell as Network | Whether this board can be grouped into a network |
Language Support | Languages supported on this board |
Exposure | Visibility setting for DSP platforms |
Lead Time | Minimum days before a campaign can go live |
Nearby POI | Points of Interest close to the billboard |
Exclusion Category | Content categories restricted on this board |
Step 3 — Add Media
Upload multiple billboard images. One image must be set as the primary display image. Recommended resolution is provided on the upload screen.
Step 4 — Traditional Rate

Production Cost | Cost to produce the physical printed creative for the billboard |
Installation Cost | Cost to install the printed creative on the billboard |
Rate Card | Month-first pricing; day and week rates auto-populate from the monthly rate |
Consecutive Rule | Discount for bookings spanning consecutive months, weeks, or days |
Customised Rate Card | Override rate for specific buyers or buyer lists |
