Quick Navigation for Campaign Status Changes

The Quick Navigation dropdown in LMX — changing overall campaign status (Reject, Book, Negotiation, un-reserve, Reopen) in a single action.

Quick Navigation — Campaign Status Changes

The Quick Navigation dropdown allows publishers to change the overall campaign status in a single action.

Field / Setting

Description

Reject

Reject the entire campaign

Book

Confirm and book the entire campaign

Negotiation / Optimize

Flag the campaign for pricing negotiation — opens the pricing table

Reserved (shown in red)

Un-reserve all line items across the entire campaign simultaneously

Reopen

Reopen the campaign for editing at any stage. All existing reservations and bookings are retained unless explicitly removed during editing.

Note: When a campaign is Reopened and new line items are added, the overall campaign status automatically resolves to the highest-priority status across all line items after saving. Example: if a campaign has Reserved, Booked, and Approved line items, and a new Proposed line item is added, the campaign status remains Booked — because that is the highest-priority status present.
