Managing Campaigns Post-Proposal
After generating a proposal, publishers use Manage Campaigns and Quick Navigation to advance the campaign through its lifecycle.
Manage Campaigns — Reservation
Access the Update Reservation Dates modal to manage inventory reservations at the individual line item level. A campaign must go through reservation before it can be booked.
Field / Setting | Description |
Proposed | Default status when a proposal is generated. Inventory is not yet held. |
Reserve | Hold the inventory for this advertiser. Sets an expiry date and assigns a priority. |
Expiry Date | Defaults to 5 working days from the reservation date (EST timezone). Can be manually overridden. |
Priority | Primary Hold, 2nd Hold, 3rd Hold, 4th Hold, or 5th Hold — up to 5 users can reserve the same billboard |
Approve | Move a Reserved line item to Approved status (Primary Hold only) |
Book | Directly book a Reserved line item (Primary Hold only) |
Customize Schedule on Approve | Option to proceed with the original schedule date or customise (partial book) before approving |
Reservation Expiry Cascade
Each reservation level receives additional working days to ensure fair access for all holders. All expiry times are calculated in EST timezone, working days only.
Field / Setting | Description |
Primary Hold | 5 working days from reservation date |
2nd Hold | 8 working days (5 + 3) |
3rd Hold | 11 working days (5 + 3 + 3) |
4th Hold | 14 working days (5 + 3 + 3 + 3) |
5th Hold | 17 working days (5 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3) |
Note: Cascading effect: If a higher-priority reservation is cancelled, rejected, or removed, all lower-priority holds automatically move up one position and their expiry dates recalculate accordingly. This ensures no inventory slot is left unresolved.
