Campaign Status Priority Hierarchy

How campaign status priority works in LMX — the 7-tier hierarchy from Draft to Completed, plus additional statuses like Negotiation and Archived.

Campaign Status Priority Hierarchy

The overall campaign status always reflects the highest-priority status across all its line items. The priority order from lowest to highest is:

Status

Description

1 — Draft

Campaign created, schedules being configured. Lowest priority.

2 — Proposal Generated

Proposal has been generated and sent to the advertiser

3 — Reserved

At least one line item has been reserved with an expiry hold

4 — Approved

Line items have been approved for booking

5 — Booked

Booking has been confirmed by the publisher

6 — Live

Campaign is currently running on billboards

7 — Completed

Campaign has finished running. Highest priority.

Note: Additional campaign statuses: Negotiation (under pricing discussion), Reopen (being edited), Archived (removed from active view), Rejected (declined).
