Configuration
The Configuration module is the central hub where publishers with appropriate permissions customise and control platform-wide settings, listings, and behaviours. It affects how inventory is categorised, priced, and managed across all modules.
4.1 Brands
Brands are the foundation of every advertising campaign on LMX. Associating a campaign with a specific brand ensures alignment with the brand's buyer profile, creative direction, and overall marketing identity.
4.1.1 Adding a Brand
Field / Setting | Description |
Brand Name | The name of the brand |
DSP Integration | Optionally associate the brand with a specific Demand-Side Platform (DSP). Requires specifying the Seat ID of the buyer for verification. |
Products | Link specific products to the brand to further refine campaign targeting and creative alignment |
Categories & Subcategories | Associate the brand with platform-defined content categories and subcategories |
4.1.2 Brand List
All configured brands are displayed in the Brand List with the following columns:

Brand Name | Name of the brand |
Products Count | Number of products linked to this brand |
Assigned To | Count of users assigned to manage this brand |
Last Modified By & Date | The user who last made changes and when |
Action | Edit button to update brand name, DSP platform, products, and categories |
4.2 Agency
Agencies act as intermediaries between media owners and advertisers. Configuring agencies on the platform enables publishers to associate campaigns with the correct agency when creating deals.

Agency Name | The name of the advertising agency |
Contact Details | Key contact information for the agency |
Associated Brands | Brands the agency manages or represents on the platform |
4.3 Tags
Tags are used to organise and categorise billboards and creative assets across the entire LMX platform. They enable faster content discovery and more efficient inventory management.
4.3.1 Creating a Tag
Field / Setting | Description |
Tag Name | A descriptive label identifying the purpose of the tag |
Color Swatch | Visual colour for quick identification in lists and filter panels |
Asset Level | Specifies where the tag applies: Billboards, Creatives, or Both |
4.3.2 Tag List
All created tags are displayed in the Tag List with the following columns:

Color | Colour indicator for visual identification |
Publisher | Company the tag belongs to |
Asset Level | Billboard, Creative, or Both |
Actions | Edit or Delete the tag |
4.3.3 Where Tags Are Used
Tags are applied across multiple sections of the platform for filtering and organisation:
