Navigation to the Dashboard
From the main navigation menu, click Dashboard.
2.. You will be directed to the Dashboard homepage, which provides a consolidated overview of platform activity, organizational data, product adoption, and recent user actions.
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard serves as a centralized view of key platform metrics and activities. It provides insights into the total number of organizations, users, brands, and agencies within your scope, along with product adoption trends, organization distribution across countries, and recent platform activities. This overview helps users quickly monitor platform performance, track engagement, and stay informed about important updates and actions.
3.1 Summary Cards
At the top of the Dashboard, four summary cards provide quick insights into platform data:
Organizations – Displays the total number of organization records available within your scope.
Users – Displays the total number of user accounts within your scope.
Brands – Displays the total number of brand records managed within the platform.
Agencies – Displays the total number of organizations classified as agencies.
3.2 Date Range Filter
Use the Date Range Filter at the top of the Dashboard to control the reporting period displayed across all charts and metrics.
Locate the Date Range Filter at the top of the Dashboard.
Select the desired reporting period from the available options:
– Last 7 Days
– Last 30 Days
– Last 90 Days
– Custom Range
Once selected, all time-based charts, statistics, and activity feeds will automatically refresh to reflect the chosen period.

3.3 Dashboard Charts and Metrics
3.3.1 Organizations Overview by Type
Review the donut chart displaying the distribution of organizations across different categories. Typical organization types include Agency, Advertiser, Media Owner, Tech Partner, and Partner.
3.3.2 Product Subscriptions Distribution
Review the chart showing the number of organizations with each product enabled across the platform.
3.3.3 Company Status Overview
Review the Active versus Inactive organization breakdown to monitor overall platform health.
3.3.4 Product Subscriptions
Review the list or chart showing active product access across organizations.
3.3.5 Top Countries
Review the geographic distribution of organizations by country or region.
3.3.6 Recent Activity
Use the activity feed to track recent system changes, monitor user actions, and maintain operational visibility.
