Creating Custom Roles and Managing Company Settings for Role-Based Access Controls

Creating custom roles for granular role-based access control in the Admin Console, plus Company Settings feature flags (Campaign Approval, Internal Support, Tenant Switch).

Custom Roles

The Custom Roles feature allows organizations to create role-based access controls tailored to their specific business requirements. Custom roles offer greater flexibility by allowing administrators to define feature access at a more granular level. Custom roles can be assigned to users within the organization and are available during user creation and user management.

9.3.1 Creating a Custom Role

To create a custom role:

Role Name: Enter a descriptive name for the role.

Description: Provide a brief description explaining the responsibilities or intended use of the role.

Function Template: The platform displays a hierarchical list of products and their associated features. Select the appropriate access rights for the role.

Once all access rights have been configured, save the custom role. It will become available for assignment during user creation and management.

10. Company Settings

The Company Settings section allows administrators to enable or disable feature flags for the selected company.
