Network Onboarding (4 Steps)
A Network groups multiple billboards (all Classic or all Digital) into a single bookable unit. Networks simplify campaign deployment by pre-configuring shared settings across all included boards.
Field / Setting | Description |
Step 1 — Choose Billboard Type | Select Classic or Digital to define the type of billboards to be grouped |
Step 2 — Select Billboards | Choose individual billboards to include based on location and criteria |
Step 3 — Configuration Settings | Network name, tags, draft image, content approval, exclusion category, venue type, access level, spots per hour, spot/loop duration, available days, min/max spots per day, exposure to DSP, screen start/end time, mode of operation (Spot or Loop), active and available status |
Step 4 — Add Rates | Set a single rate at the network level (not per individual billboard), using Spot Mode or Loop Mode with auto-population logic for all durations |
Note: Rate is set at the network level, not at the individual billboard level. Networks are available for Traditional deals only — not programmatic campaigns.
