Classic Inventory Scheduling
Classic inventories have a simpler scheduling process. There is no SOV or loop control — the advertiser owns 100% of the face for the booked period.
Field / Setting | Description |
Inventory ID & Location | Billboard reference and city/state |
Total Price | Per-inventory cost based on the rate card |
Minimum Days | Minimum booking lead time as set during onboarding. Shown as a warning if the campaign period is too short. |
Add / Edit / Remove Schedule | Same schedule management as digital — multiple schedule blocks supported |
Note: Production Cost and Installation Cost checkboxes appear in the top-right corner of the Schedule page. These apply to Classic inventories only. Both are checked by default. When checked, these additional costs are added on top of the inventory rate in the final proposal. Uncheck to exclude them.
Step 5 — Review & Generate Proposal
The final review screen shows a complete summary of the campaign — all schedules, inventory configurations, estimations, and overhead costs — before the proposal is generated.
Field / Setting | Description |
Estimation Bar | Final campaign metrics: Impressions, Unique Reach, eCPM, Avg Frequency, Total Spots, Total Price |
Overhead Expenses | Production Cost and Installation Cost totals (Classic inventories only) |
Generate Proposal | Finalises and generates the proposal document. Campaign status moves from Booking Draft to Proposal Generated. |
Edit Campaign | Go back to Step 1 to modify campaign details (dates, advertiser, buyer type) |
Edit Schedules | Go back to Step 4 to modify any inventory schedule |
Requires Agency/Client Approval | If checked, the proposal enters an approval workflow before the booking can be confirmed |
Production Cost Checkbox | Include or exclude production cost from the proposal total (Classic only) |
Installation Cost Checkbox | Include or exclude installation cost from the proposal total (Classic only) |
Step 6 — Proposal Generated
Once the proposal is generated, the campaign status changes from Booking Draft to Proposal Generated. The proposal document is rendered inline for review and can be downloaded in three formats.
Field / Setting | Description |
Download PDF | Professional document format for sharing with advertisers |
Download PPT | Presentation format for use in pitch meetings |
Download Excel | Spreadsheet format for detailed budget and line item review |
