Availability View
The Availability View is a calendar-style grid that shows the booking allocation across all inventories for a selected date range. Publishers use this view to plan new campaigns without entering the Deals module.
2.4.1 Date Range Selection

2.4.2 View Formats
Five calendar formats are available. Switch between them using the zoom in and zoom out magnifying glass icons on either side of the format selector.
Field / Setting | Description |
Day | Slot-by-slot view for each day within the selected range |
Week | Displays up to 4 weeks at a time; navigate with arrows to load the next 4-week block |
Month | Displays up to 2 months at a time; navigate with arrows to load the next 2-month block |
Quarterly | Displays 3 months side by side; current month highlighted in orange |
Yearly | Displays 12 months at once (e.g. Jun 2026 to May 2027); current and active months highlighted in orange |
2.4.3 Slot Display Format
Each calendar cell shows the number of booked slots out of total available slots in the format BOOKED / TOTAL.
Field / Setting | Description |
Classic Billboard | Shown as 1/1 — one face, one static ad at a time (100% SOV when booked) |
Digital Billboard | Shown as 5/10 — 5 of 10 loop spots booked; remaining 5 slots still available for sale |
2.4.4 Color Legend
Cells are colour-coded to communicate booking status instantly.
Field / Setting | Description |
Green | Fully available — no bookings on this slot |
Red | Fully booked or not available — no remaining slots |
Grey | Reserved by a single user (pending confirmation) |
Purple | Reserved by multiple users simultaneously (up to 5); first to confirm booking wins |
Blue | SAB (Short-term Advertising Buy) or Pro Bono contract type |
Brown | Pre-emptible booking — can be displaced by a higher-paying advertiser |
Orange | Share of Voice is less than 1 full slot |
2.4.5 Filters & Navigation
Field / Setting | Description |
Inventories / Networks Tab | Toggle between individual inventory view and network group view |
Duration Filter | Filter by booking duration (All, or specific durations) |
Search | Search by Display Name, Reference ID, or Location. Supports up to 15 simultaneous line items. |
Apply Filters | Filter by: Location, Display Name, Ref ID, Availability, Inventory Type, Venue Type |
Pagination | 20 inventory rows per page with forward/back navigation |
Note: Multiple users can hold reservations on the same billboard for the same period (up to 5 holds). Only the user who completes the booking first will secure the reservation.
